Rambling of a Coder

Hope you guys ‘ll find a place you’ll like once everything you’re working on now has been settled.
Oh yeah, and I hope ya win the lottery too, still waiting for that ourselves too XD

Lottery.. mmm just gimmie a few 100K and i’d be happy lol. Not greedy i dont need the Millions just enough to build my own house on some land.

As to the housing, yea all i can say is “MEH” and maybe “BLEAH” right now, get intrested in a place.. start talking to the folk getting the wheels in motion for a deal and for some unknown reason it just falls apart, Im still trying to get in contact with the dude directly for that first house we looked at. But its proving quite a pain in the arse right now.
Lol i just wanna get in contact and say “Ok, how much of a deposit right now?” we want the place, he wants to get rid of it.. and dunno why its all going down the shitter at points. quite depressing actually at times, especially at like 3am when the neighbours are fighting and you cant hear people talking on vent even when you have headphones on. Its getting to the point where i’ll gladly give up my house and just move into a caravan for a decent nights sleep.

Ouch, yeah that’s annoying when deals just don’t end up happening.
Are the people themselves selling the house? Or is it going through a realtor?
We’ve been having some shitty experiences with realtors. They keep calling, telling us they’ll bring someone over to see the house or they tell us they’ll call back to tell us when they’ll come over and they never do for some reason.

Sucks even more about your neighbours. Hope you guys ‘ll manage to secure a place soon and gtho.
